1. Use of Services

   • You may use the Services only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.
   • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
   • Sharing of accounts or credentials is prohibited.

2. Security & Compliance

   • We implement industry-standard security controls to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of customer data.
   • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any security incident related to the Services.
   • We require all users to comply with our security policies, including the use of strong passwords and multi-factor authentication (where applicable).

3. Data Protection & Privacy

   • We collect, use, and process customer data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
   • Customer data is only accessed to provide the Services or as required by law.
   • Upon termination of services, customer data will be securely deleted or returned in accordance with our data retention policy.

4. Confidentiality

   • Both parties agree to protect confidential information received in connection with the Services and to use it only as necessary to fulfill obligations under these Terms.
   • Confidential information will not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law or with written consent.

5. Service Availability

   • We strive to provide reliable and continuous Services, subject to scheduled maintenance and circumstances beyond our control.
   • In case of service interruptions, we will provide reasonable updates and restore Services as quickly as possible.

6. Acceptable Use

   You agree not to:

   • Use the Services for unlawful purposes.
   • Attempt to disrupt or compromise the security or integrity of the Services.
   • Access or attempt to access other users’ accounts or data without authorization.

7. Intellectual Property

   • Altitude Cares, Inc retains ownership of all intellectual property in the Services.
   • You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software or content without our written permission.

8. Termination

   • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
   • Upon termination, your right to access the Services will immediately cease.
   • Customer data will be handled in accordance with Section 3 (Data Protection & Privacy).

9. Limitation of Liability

   • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Altitude Cares, Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services.
   • Our total liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to the fees paid by you in the past 12 months.

10. Changes to Terms

    • We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
